Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty only covers accidental damage. So heads up – If your piece is lost, stolen or damaged via a third-party, we can’t cover this.

Are there any additional costs associated for my order?

Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional charges. Countries outside the European Union to which shipments are made may be subject to additional charges added by local customs. These costs will not be covered by us.

Netherlands: Order before 23:59 for next day delivery.

Germany/Belgium: 1-2 working dayts.

France/Spain/Portugal: 2-3 working days.

Denmark/Norway/Sweden/Austria: 2-3 working days.

Europe/Worldwide: Delivery time: 3-5 working days for Europe)

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with Track and Trace. Here you can see the status of your order and if necessary, provide the delivery service with additional instructions.

How do I initiate my return?


For items purchased during the sale, Carder Amsterdam does not offer the option to return them for a refund. These items can only be exchanged for other items or for shop credit.

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Send us an email at support@carder-amsterdam.com

With the following information:

*order number

*which pieces you are going to return or exchange

*(+ which replacement you want of course!).

We will send you our return form.

2. Fill in the return form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

What is your return policy?

We sincerely hope you are happy with your CARDER AMSTERDAM purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 days period in an unworn and unused condition.

What are the return conditions?

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.    

Items must be returned to us unworn and suitable for resale.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

How long does it take to get the money paid back into my account?

As soon as we have received the return shipment, the paid amount will be refunded to the account with which the payment was completed within 14 days. Should this not be the case, please contact us.

Cancel order.

Unfortunately due to the fast delivery and handling, it is not possible to cancel ordered items.

Return cost

Unfortunately returns are at your own expense. The cost depending on the carrier and the country from which you are returning your package.
