Returns and Exchanges?

No problem!

We sincerely hope you are happy with your CARDER AMSTERDAM purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 days period in an unworn and unused condition.

What are the return conditions?

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned to us unworn and suitable for resale.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Send us an email at support@carder-amsterdam.com and tell us if you want to exchange or return your product (s). We will send you our return form.

2. Fill in the return form. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

You have the right to open the package and check the items. This means that you can try on our items but not wear them. If the return conditions are not met, we are forced to charge handling costs (such as cleaning costs or costs of new packaging material) or to refuse the return shipment.

*We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount due to loss of value if the product and / or packaging has been used or damaged.

*Plastic cannot be removed from the original product.

Return cost

Unfortunately returns are at your own expense. The cost depending on the carrier and the country from which you are returning your package.

    Return from sale

    • Sale items can be returned but they will be credited as gift card.
    • The gift card comes in a code and has no expiration date.

    Lifetime warranty

    Our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the product - free of charge. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You need to send us a photo or video of the damage. There is a £50 repair fee (or equivalent currency exchange at date of initial request to repair) if you encounter future problems, after a replacement has been sent. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).
    To redeem the guarantee you will need to contact the support team with photos or videos of your damaged product + an explanation.

    Customers are liable to cover the costs for shipping the product(s) back to CARDER AMSTERDAM, when returning for a repair or replacement.

    This guarantee is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).
